In 2020-23, I volunteered to help restore the Tall Ship Gazela. This afforded me some spectacular views. Most people do not get to enjoy the way the underside of a 1901 sailing ship looks framing the golden reflections in late afternoon, but that’s a little treat after a day of scraping paint.
