This watercolor captures a perfect sunny August day in Northern Minnesota. It's a place that I often went fishing with my family, so I've spent a lot of time staring out at the water and appreicating the colors. A lot of fishing does not involve fish.
The watercolor is on a piece of paper that is larger than the image, allowing for easy matting.
