The third word is in mirrored vinyl lettering, so depending on the light it blends in more or less with the gray background. When I was a swimmer and a diver, I was praised for being consistent and tenacious. The part that no one said aloud was that I was consistently... not very good. But I tried so hard, and people respected that.  I was a much better swimmer than a diver, but as an upperclassman I burned out and wanted to have fun. You get a weird kind of respect for being a half-blind springboard diver. I was the captain of my high school swimming and diving team, and I lettered all 4 years. Go Rockets.
