"More Than A Touch, A Connection"
Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts, Millville, NJ
Wednesday, October 14 - November 13, 2026
Reception: Friday, October 16, 2026 -- 6-8pm

"More Than Touch, A Connection" was created to provide a meaningful and accessible art experience for individuals who are blind or have low vision while inviting all visitors to discover the richness of experiencing art through touch, sound, and imagination. Throughout the exhibition, you’ll encounter original tactile artworks, sculpture, textured paintings, fiber art, and three-dimensional work designed or selected to be explored with your hands. As you move through the gallery, notice the textures, contours, shapes, patterns, temperature, and other tactile qualities that reveal details often overlooked when we rely only on sight.
Learn more about the exhibit's accessibility-centered design and read the artist's statements and bios.

My ceramic wall sculpture, "Cliffs and Currents" is in the show along with work by over 30 other artists. Listen to the audio description for this piece.
Following its Ocean City Arts Center premiere this summer, the exhibition will travel to its partner venues, expanding access to tactile art experiences throughout southern New Jersey.
Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University, Atlantic City, NJ
Saturday, January 16-March 28, 2027
• Reception: Saturday, January 16, 2027 - 1-3pm
I will be participating in the panel discussion Friday, February 26, 2027 at 12pm.
More Than Touch, A Connection was made possible through a Challenge America grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Additional support was provided by the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, the Helen Frankenthaler Foundation, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
