About the event
We will discuss the short story "The Swim Team" by Miranda July from the collection "No one belongs here more than you." It is very short and uses conversational language.
Miranda July is a multidisciplinary artist perhaps best known for her films, such as "You, Me, and Everyone We Know." I was first acquainted with her visual art, and had the pleasure of taking some photos interacting with her sculptures "11 Heavy Things" at the Venice Biennale in 2009. It was delightful.
